Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful 68m² apartment, only 150m from the sea. The apartment is on the 1st floor without a lift. The living-dining room with an open kitchen is warm/cold air-conditioned with a balcony and access to the garden. There are mosquito nets in all windows. There are two warm/cold air-conditioned bedrooms available for up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90x190cm mattresses) and the second bedroom has two 90x190cm single beds. The washing machine is in the bathroom with shower. From the balcony you can access the garden with various playgrounds and the beautiful pool area with the 24x12m pool (water depth 1.40m to 2.30m), the adjacent round children's pool, sunbathing area and sunshades. The pool area is accessible with a key. Your car is safely parked under a carport. It is only a 200m walk to delicious restaurants, a bar 200m, a café 150m, so you can easily leave the car behind. It is 800m to the surf school, 4 km to the sailing school, 4 km to the sports harbor, 4 km to the marina... Please bring a club and ball for the mini golf course.

Denia is a city on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20 km long sandy beach, which changes into rock and stone coast at the height of the Las Rotas district. The nature reserve Montgó is suitable for hikers and is named after Denia's local mountain of the same name with a height of 753 m, a typical layered mountain that towers lonely into the sky and ends in Cabo de San Antonio. In the vicinity of the city there are Roman, Moorish and Spanish ruins as well as in the neighboring city of Javea, which is well worth seeing, the Cabo de la Nao with its lighthouse, from which a view of Ibiza can be enjoyed on a clear day. Denia is also called the gateway to the Costa Blanca. The highest point in the city is still the castle, which rises about 60 m above the port. In Denia's promenade Marques de Campo, tapas friends will get their money's worth. For sports enthusiasts, Denia offers e.g. horseback riding in the Sierras or diving in the cliffs of Playa de las Rotas.

Denia is connected to the two airports of Alicante and Valencia by the AP 7 Salida 62 motorway with a driving time of about 1 hour, as well as the N-332 national road. Ferries to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca depart from Denia. The current ferry companies are Balearia and Iscomar. The railway line L9 of the FGH (railway company) connects Denia with Alicante.
